MEDICAL RADIATION TECHNOLOGISTS ACT 2006 (NO. 21 OF 2006) - SECT 45

45 .         Insolvency

        (1)         In subsection (2) —

        “insolvent” means a person who is an insolvent under administration as defined in the Corporations Act section 9.

        (2)         A medical radiation technologist must, within 7 days of becoming an insolvent, give the registrar written advice of the insolvency.

        Penalty: a fine of $5 000.
