MEDICAL RADIATION TECHNOLOGISTS ACT 2006 (NO. 21 OF 2006) - SECT 43

43 .         Change of address

        (1)         A medical radiation technologist must give the registrar written advice of any change to the address that is recorded in the register in relation to the person.

        Penalty: a fine of $1 000.

        (2)         The advice referred to in subsection (1) must be given no later than 30 days after the change to the address.
