MEDICAL RADIATION TECHNOLOGISTS ACT 2006 (NO. 21 OF 2006) - SECT 35

35 .         Application for registration by a person whose registration has been cancelled under section 79(1)(i)

        (1)         In this section —

        “disqualified person” means a person whose registration has been cancelled and name removed from the register under section 79(1)(i).

        (2)         A disqualified person may not apply for registration in any area of medical radiation technology for a period of 2 years after that person’s registration was cancelled.

        (3)         The Board cannot grant an application for registration by a disqualified person unless it has applied for, and obtained, the approval of the State Administrative Tribunal to do so.

        (4)         Registration of, and the practice of medical radiation technology by, a disqualified person may be made subject to such conditions as the Board in any particular case imposes.
