(1) The Board is to
give the Radiological Council written advice of the following
matters —
(a) the
cancellation of the registration of a medical radiation technologist and the
removal of that person’s name from the register under this Act;
(b) the
making of an order under section 55(1) or (3), together with a copy
of the order;
(c) the
suspension or revocation of the suspension from the practice of medical
radiation technology under this Act of a medical radiation technologist,
whether generally or in relation to any specified area, circumstances or
service;
(d) the
imposition, variation or revocation of any condition on registration or the
practice of medical radiation technology under this Act of a medical radiation
technologist;
(e) the
making of an allegation to the State Administrative Tribunal under this Act.
(2) The advice
referred to in subsection (1) is to be given no later than 14 days
after the occurrence of the matter referred to in that subsection.
