ACTS AMENDMENT (CONSENT TO MEDICAL TREATMENT) ACT 2008 (NO. 25 OF 2008) - SECT 7

7 .         Section 50 amended

                Section 50 is amended as follows:

            (a)         by deleting “consent given,” and inserting instead —

                “ consent given or refused, ”;

            (b)         by inserting after “given,” in the second place where it occurs —

                “ refused, ”.
