Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations (1) Each member of a
relevant competence committee at a meeting of the committee has 1 vote.
(2) All questions at a
meeting of the relevant competence committee must be decided by a majority of
the votes of the members present.
(3) In the case of an
equality of votes, the chairperson has a casting vote in addition to a
deliberative vote.
