Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations The office of an
appointed member of a relevant competence committee becomes vacant
if —
(a) the
member resigns from office by notice in writing given to the regulator; or
(b) the
member’s appointment expires or is terminated by the regulator; or
(c) the
person who nominated the member withdraws that nomination by notice in writing
given to the regulator.
