WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY (MINES) REGULATIONS 2022 - REG 698F

698F .         Term of appointment

                An appointed member —

            (a)         holds office for the period, which must not be longer than 3 years, stated in the appointment; and

            (b)         is eligible for reappointment.
