WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY (MINES) REGULATIONS 2022 - REG 697

697 .         Amendment or cancellation of exemption

                The regulator may at any time amend or cancel an exemption.

        Note for this regulation:

                A decision to amend or cancel an exemption is a reviewable decision (see regulation 676).
