Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations (1) This regulation
applies if —
(a)
mining operations other than exploration operations are carried out at a mine;
and
(b) the
mine operator of the mine is a partnership, syndicate or other association of
persons; and
(c) no
worker is employed at the mine, and
(d) no
site senior executive is appointed for the mine.
(2) Each person who is
a partner of the partnership or member of the syndicate or other association
is jointly and severally liable for carrying out the functions of a site
senior executive at the mine.
