mine must take all reasonable steps to ensure that a worker at the mine who is
provided with health monitoring is given a copy of the health monitoring
report as soon as practicable after the monitoring is carried out.
Penalty:
(a) for
an individual, a fine of $7 000;
(b) for
a body corporate, a fine of $35 000.
