business or undertaking who commissions health monitoring of a worker must
take all reasonable steps to obtain a health monitoring report from the
registered medical practitioner who carried out or supervised the monitoring
as soon as practicable after the monitoring is carried out.
Penalty:
(a) for
an individual, a fine of $7 000;
(b) for
a body corporate, a fine of $35 000.
