Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations The mine operator of a
mine must ensure that the following are kept at the mine —
(a) up
to date plans showing the location and details of the following —
(i)
all low voltage and high voltage cabling and plant
installed at the mine;
(ii)
all low voltage and high voltage cables installed in the
ground at the mine;
(iii)
main switches provided at the mine;
(b)
copies of any compliance and test certificates relating to plant used or
installed in hazardous areas at the mine.
Penalty:
(a) for
an individual, a fine of $4 200;
(b) for
a body corporate, a fine of $21 000.
