WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY (MINES) REGULATIONS 2022 - REG 63A

63A .         Application to mine emergency workers

                Regulations 67 and  68 do not apply to the entry into a confined space at a mine by a mine emergency worker if, at the direction of the site senior executive, the worker is —

            (a)         rescuing a person from the space; or

            (b)         providing first aid to a person in the space.
