Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations The mine operator of a
mine, in complying with air monitoring requirements under these regulations,
including regulation 50, must ensure that signs are erected at the mine
that explain —
(a) the
meaning of any warning produced by an air monitoring device; and
(b) what
persons must do in response to the warning.
Penalty:
(a) for
an individual, a fine of $4 200;
(b) for
a body corporate, a fine of $21 000.
