mine must take all reasonable steps to ensure an item or substance specified
in Schedule 20 column 1 is not used in a place or for a purpose that is
prohibited or restricted as set out in Schedule 20 column 2 opposite that
item or substance.
Penalty:
(a) for
an individual, a fine of $1 450;
(b) for
a body corporate, a fine of $7 000.
