supply plant specified in Schedule 5 Division 1 unless the design of
that plant is registered under the Work Health and Safety (General)
Regulations 2022 Part 5.3.
Penalty:
(a) for
an individual, a fine of $7 000;
(b) for
a body corporate, a fine of $35 000.
