management or control of plant at a workplace must ensure, so far as is
reasonably practicable, that plant that is not in use is left in a state that
does not create a risk to the health or safety of any person.
Penalty:
(a) for
an individual, a fine of $7 000;
(b) for
a body corporate, a fine of $35 000.
