TRANSPORT (INFRINGEMENTS) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2017 (SR NO 51 OF 2017) - REG 1

The objectives of these Regulations are to amend the Transport (Infringements) Regulations 2010 in order to—

        (a)     make amendments consequential to the commencement of the Transport (Compliance and Miscellaneous) (Ticketing) Regulations 2017; and

        (b)     make amendments consequential to the commencement of the Transport (Buses, Taxi-Cabs and Other Commercial Passenger Vehicles) (Taxi-Cab Industry Accreditation and Other Matters) Regulations 2017; and

        (c)     revoke a redundant table.
