TRANSPORT (COMPLIANCE AND MISCELLANEOUS) (CONDUCT ON PUBLIC TRANSPORT) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2017 (SR NO 49 OF 2017) - REG 3

    (1)     Subject to subregulations (2) and (3), these Regulations come into operation on 29 June 2017.

    (2)     Regulations 5, 7, 8(2), (3) and (5), 10, 11, 13 and  15 come into operation on 1 July 2017.

    (3)     Regulation 8(1) and (4) come into operation on 1 August 2017.
