TRANSPORT (COMPLIANCE AND MISCELLANEOUS) (CONDUCT ON PUBLIC TRANSPORT) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2017 (SR NO 49 OF 2017) - REG 11

Exception—using public transport without valid ticket but taking all reasonable steps—regulation 61

In regulation 61(1) of the Principal Regulations—

        (a)     for "12 and 14 of the Transport (Ticketing) Regulations 2006" substitute "13, 15
and 16 of the Transport (Compliance and Miscellaneous) (Ticketing) Regulations 2017 "; and

        (b)     in paragraph (a), for "6(1) or 7(2) of the Transport (Ticketing) Regulations 2006" substitute "7(1) or 8(2) of the Transport (Compliance and Miscellaneous) (Ticketing) Regulations 2017 ".
