TRANSPORT (CONDUCT) AND (TICKETING) AMENDMENT (PROTECTIVE SERVICES OFFICERS) REGULATIONS 2011 (SR NO 131 OF 2011) - REG 6

    (1)     In regulation 19(1) of the Transport (Ticketing) Regulations 2006—

        (a)     for "or a member of the police force" substitute ", a member of the police force or a protective services officer".

        (b)     for "authorised officer or the member" substitute "officer or member" where twice occurring.

    (2)     In regulation 19(3) of the Transport (Ticketing) Regulations 2006 for "or member of the police force" substitute ", a member of the police force or a protective services officer".
