TRANSPORT (CONDUCT) AND (TICKETING) AMENDMENT (PROTECTIVE SERVICES OFFICERS) REGULATIONS 2011 (SR NO 131 OF 2011) - REG 4

In regulation 3(1) of the Transport (Conduct) Regulations 2005 ^[1] —

        (a)     in the definition of authorised person (conduct) after paragraph (b) insert —

    "(ba)         a protective services officer; or";

        (b)     insert the following definition—

""protective services officer "means a protective services officer appointed under section 118B(1) of the Police Regulation Act 1958 ;".
