SUBDIVISION (PROCEDURES) REGULATIONS 2011 (SR NO 112 OF 2011) - REG 22
Time for Council to send amended plan to referral authority
Subject to regulation 34, for the purposes of section 11(2) of the Act, the
prescribed time is 7 days from the date on which the Council received the
application.
