SUPREME COURT (CHAPTER I EMAIL SERVICE AMENDMENT) RULES 2017 (SR NO 32 OF 2017) - REG 9

Solicitor to notify that he or she acts

    (1)     In Rule 58.25(1) of the Principal Rules, after "service" insert "and an email address for service".

    (2)     In Rule 58.25(2) of the Principal Rules, after "service" insert "or the email address for service".
