RETIREMENT VILLAGES (CONTRACTUAL ARRANGEMENTS) REGULATIONS 2017 (SR NO 67 OF 2017) - REG 4

The following Regulations are revoked —

        (a)     the Retirement Villages (Contractual Arrangements) Regulations 2006 ^[1] ;

        (b)     the Retirement Villages (Contractual Arrangements) Amendment (Formula) Regulations 2009 ^[2] ;

        (c)     the Retirement Villages Amendment (Contractual Arrangements) Regulations 2013 ^[3] ;

        (d)     the Retirement Villages (Contractual Arrangements) Amendment Regulations 2016 ^[4] .
