Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered Regulations(1) Subregulation (2) applies if a residence contract is annexed to an agreement to lease or if a management contract is annexed to a contract of sale of land, to a contract of sale of a unit in a unit trust or to a contract of sale of a share in a corporation.
(2) Regulations 10, 11, 12 and 13—
(a) apply to the residence contract or the management contract (as the case may be); and
(b) do not apply to the agreement to lease or contract of sale.
