Schedule 3—Demerit points

    (1)     In item 14 of the Table in Schedule 3 to the Road Safety (Drivers) Regulations 2009, for "265(3)" substitute "265(4)".

    (2)     At the foot of the Table in Schedule 3 to the Road Safety (Drivers) Regulations 2009, for "Road Safety Road Rules 2009" substitute " Road Safety Road Rules 2017".
