    (1)     In regulation 14(1) and (2) of the Principal Regulations, for "A rail operator" (wherever occurring) substitute "An accredited rail operator".

    (2)     In regulation 14(2)(a) and (3) of the Principal Regulations, for "rail operator" (wherever occurring) substitute "accredited rail operator".
