ROAD SAFETY (VEHICLES) AMENDMENT (SHORT TERM REGISTRATION) REGULATIONS 2017 (SR NO 117 OF 2017) - REG 7

    (1)     In regulation 107(c) of the Principal Regulations, after "administrative fees" insert "other than a fee charged for a service provided in connection with the registration of a light motor vehicle for a period of 3 or 6 months".

    (2)     At the end of regulation 107 of the Principal Regulations insert —

    "(2)     A fee charged for a service provided in connection with the registration of a light motor vehicle for a period of 3 or 6 months must be paid by the Corporation into the Consolidated Fund in accordance with section 97(a) of the Act.".
