ROAD SAFETY (DRIVERS) AND (VEHICLES) AMENDMENT (FEES) REGULATIONS 2011 (SR NO 51 OF 2011) - REG 36

Refunds

    (1)     In regulation 106(3) of the Road Safety (Vehicles) Regulations 2009, for "fee specified in item 23 of" substitute "relevant fee specified in".

    (2)     For regulation 106(6)(a) of the Road Safety (Vehicles) Regulations 2009 substitute —

    "(a)     a fee to make an appointment for a vehicle inspection required under these Regulations; or

        (ab)     a fee to change the time or place of a vehicle inspection required under these Regulations; or".
