ROAD SAFETY (DRIVERS) AND (VEHICLES) AMENDMENT (FEES) REGULATIONS 2011 (SR NO 51 OF 2011) - REG 19

Refund of fees if driver licence cancelled

    (1)     In regulation 113(1) of the Road Safety (Drivers) Regulations 2009 omit "application".

    (2)     In regulation 113(3) of the Road Safety (Drivers) Regulations 2009, for "appropriate fee" substitute "relevant fee specified in Schedule 5".

    (3)     In regulation 113(4) of the Road Safety (Drivers) Regulations 2009, for "appropriate fee" substitute "fee payable under subregulation (3)".
