ROAD SAFETY (DRIVERS) AND (VEHICLES) AMENDMENT (FEES) REGULATIONS 2011 (SR NO 51 OF 2011) - REG 17

Reduced licence renewal fee for good drivers

For regulation 109(1) of the Road Safety (Drivers) Regulations 2009 substitute —

"(1) The fee payable by an eligible person for the renewal of the person's licence is the relevant fee payable under regulation 62(2) for that renewal reduced by 25%.".
