ROAD SAFETY (DRIVERS) AND (VEHICLES) AMENDMENT (FEES) REGULATIONS 2011 (SR NO 51 OF 2011) - REG 1

The objectives of these Regulations are to amend the Road Safety (Drivers) Regulations 2009 and the Road Safety (Vehicles) Regulations 2009 to—

        (a)     convert certain fees specified in monetary amounts to fee units; and

        (b)     revoke the definitions of appointment fee and appropriate fee ; and

        (c)     make the language used in relation to fees consistent; and

        (d)     move certain fees into Schedules; and

        (e)     make further provision for appointments for inspection, testing and assessment; and

        (f)     make other consequential amendments.
