PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELLBEING FURTHER AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2011 (SR NO 72 OF 2011) - REG 3

After Division 3 of Part 9 of the Public Health and Wellbeing Regulations 2009 ^[1] , insert —

" Division 3A—Closure of court or tribunal

        79A     Prescribed diseases—closure of court or tribunal

For the purposes of section 133 of the Act, Hepatitis C is a prescribed disease.".
