POLICE AMENDMENT (POWERS OF PROTECTIVE SERVICES OFFICERS) REGULATIONS 2011 (SR NO 130 OF 2011) - REG 5

Amendment to the objectives of the Principal Regulations

r. 5

    (1)     In regulation 1(d) of the Principal Regulations, for "dependence." substitute "dependence;".

    (2)     After regulation 1(d) of the Principal Regulations insert —

    "(e)     to prescribe designated places at which protective services officers may exercise all the powers and have all the responsibilities granted or imposed by section 118D(2) of the Police Regulation Act 1958 .".
