OWNERS CORPORATIONS AMENDMENT (INFRINGEMENTS) REGULATIONS 2011 (SR NO 33 OF 2011) - REG 1

Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Owners Corporations Regulations 2007 to prescribe infringement offences and penalties for the purposes of the Owners Corporations Act 2006 .
