MAGISTRATES' COURT (FEES, COSTS AND CHARGES) INTERIM AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2011 (SR NO 90 OF 2011) - REG 1

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Magistrates' Court (Fees, Costs and Charges) Interim Regulations 2011 to reflect the repeal of the Stalking Intervention Orders Act 2008 and the commencement of the Personal Safety Intervention Orders Act 2010 .
