LIQUOR CONTROL REFORM AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2011 (SR NO 70 OF 2011) - REG 1

Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Liquor Control Reform Regulations 2009 to prescribe forms for issuing and varying barring orders and to prescribe the particulars for a notice of revocation of a barring order under Part 7A of the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 .
