FISHERIES (FEES, ROYALTIES AND LEVIES) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2011 (SR NO 12 OF 2011) - REG 1

The objectives of these Regulations are to amend the Fisheries (Fees, Royalties and Levies) Regulations 2008—

        (a)     to reduce levies for certain access licences, aquaculture licences and individual quota units; and

        (b)     to correct references to fish receiver licences.
