ESTATE AGENTS (GENERAL, ACCOUNTS AND AUDIT) AMENDMENT (INFRINGEMENTS) REGULATIONS 2011 (SR NO 32 OF 2011) - REG 1

Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Estate Agents (General, Accounts and Audit) Regulations 2008 to prescribe infringement offences and penalties for the purposes of the Estate Agents Act 1980 .
