BUILDING AMENDMENT (BUSHFIRE CONSTRUCTION) REGULATIONS 2011 (SR NO 92 OF 2011) - REG 5

        For regulation 326(2)(c) of the Building Regulations 2006 substitute —

    "(c)     for which a bushfire attack level has been specified in a planning scheme (within the meaning of regulation 811(4)); or".
