YOUTH JUSTICE ACT 2024 - SECT 988

Application of this Act

    (1)     In section 4(2)(k) of the Civil Procedure Act 2010 , for " 2016 ." substitute " 2016 ;".

    (2)     After section 4(2)(k) of the Civil Procedure Act 2010 insert —

    "(l)     the Youth Justice Act 2024 .".
