YOUTH JUSTICE ACT 2024 - SECT 976

In section 552(3) of the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005 —

        (a)     in paragraph (c), for " section 215(3)(c); or" substitute " section 215(3)(c)—";

        (b)     paragraph (d) is repealed .
