YOUTH JUSTICE ACT 2024 - SECT 940

In the penalty at the foot of section 330(6) of the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005 —

        (a)     in paragraph (b), after "justice" insert "custodial";

        (b)     in paragraph (c), for "residential" substitute "justice custodial".
