YOUTH JUSTICE ACT 2024 - SECT 913

Power of bail justice to grant or refuse bail

In section 10A(6)(b)(ii) of the Bail Act 1977 , for "under the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005 " substitute "for the purposes of Part 5.2 of the Youth Justice Act 2024 ".
