(2) In section 32C(1) of the Bail Act 1977 , for "by the Bail Amendment Act 2023 ." substitute "by—
(a) the Bail Amendment Act 2023 ; and
(b) Part 22.1 of the Youth Justice Act 2024 (other than Division 1 of that Part).".
