YOUTH JUSTICE ACT 2024 - SECT 900

Surrounding circumstances

After section 3AAA(1)(i) of the Bail Act 1977 insert —

    "(ia)     if the bail decision maker is making an applicable decision within the meaning of Part 2A, the availability of electronic monitoring conditions;".
