Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) Subject to any exemption notice issued under section 57B of the Independent Broad-based Anti-corruption Commission Act 2011 , the Commission for Children and Young People must notify the IBAC of any matter that the Commission suspects on reasonable grounds involves police personnel misconduct occurring or having occurred, of which the Commission becomes aware in the performance of functions or the exercise of powers under this Chapter.

police personnel misconduct has the meaning given by section 5 of the Independent Broad-based Anti-corruption Commission Act 2011 .
