Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsDespite anything to the contrary in Part 2.2, on and from the commencement of that Part, the person for the time being employed as the Commissioner for Youth Justice in accordance with Part 3 of the Public Administration Act 2004 immediately before that commencement is taken to be the Commissioner for Youth Justice employed under section 35 on the same terms and conditions as that person was employed immediately before that day.
